    FAQ

    Does my booking include a breakfast?

    The rates shown are for accommodation only, you will receive a booking confirmation email at this point you can add breakfast, additional dining, spa treatments and any special requests.

    What are the booking & payment terms?

    Bookings made less than 28 days prior to your stay must be paid in full with 48 hours.

    Bookings made more than 28 days in advance require a 50% deposit, paid within 48 hours, with the outstanding balance due 28 days before the date of arrival.

    Any promotional offers with a discounted price must be paid in full within 24 hours.

    No booking shall be binding until we collect payment and confirm the booking to you in writing.

    What are check in/out times?

    Check-in – Cottages will be available from 14:00 on the day of booked arrival.

    Check-out – Departure will be by 11:00 on the booked day of departure.

    Will load shedding or water shortage impact my stay?

    Rest assured your stay will not be affected. 5 Mountains Lodge runs on its own generator during load shedding and our water is supplied via a Borehole. Therefore, our accommodations, pool, jacuzzi and bathrooms remain fully operation.

    Can children stay?

    Children are welcome. All children must be supervised and respectful of other guests.

    Infants under 2 years old may stay in the main bedroom.

    Are pets allowed?

    We are pet friendly for your small/medium sized canine friends – booking in advance is essential.

    What if I cancel? Is there a penalty for cancellation?

    Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to your stay will be fully refunded.

    Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to your stay are non-refundable.
